Mail Merge
Pro Tutorial Now it is time to design your labels.
You may add text, images, or graphic objects
like boxes and circles. (red)
The Name/Addr./City button (violet) will be
grayed out unless you have chosen a mail merge
file. The right side of the window represents the
label. Notice that there are two rectangles, one
inside the other. The lighter one is the Printable
area (green) and the darker one is the margin of
the label itself (green). This will change to
represent the type of labels you have chosen to
create. Be sure to make all of your text, images
and graphic objects, fit in the Printable area.
